# Download Certificates

1. Access the Learning Management System (LMS) - [www.earlyyearstraininggroup.com/a/members/manage](https://www.earlyyearstraininggroup.com/a/members/manage)
2. Click on the members account
3. Locate the course you want to download a certificate from
4. Click the "Download Certificate" and the certificate will be downloaded instantly

**Please note, certificates can only be downloaded if a user has fully completed the course.**
